Agreement
These terms govern your use of cineflow.cloud and the CineFlow application, provided by [Legal entity name] (ABN [ABN]). By using CineFlow you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
CineFlow is a collaborative workspace for filmmakers. It is in open beta, which means features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable while we improve it.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must give accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your region. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. Do not break the law, infringe others' rights, upload harmful code, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access, or use CineFlow to store or share unlawful content.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, and process your content so we can operate the service and enable the collaboration you set up. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.
Collaboration
When you invite others or share a link, you control the access you grant. You are responsible for who you invite and what you share.
Plans and payment
CineFlow offers a free tier and may offer paid plans. Terms for any paid plan will be presented at the time of purchase.
Beta and availability
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis during beta. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CineFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Termination
You may stop using CineFlow at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
